Echostar yawned, lying under the shade of a willow tree that was growing over the edge of camp and into it. The soft sound of rustling leaves calmed him, and he watched the camp, even though there wasn't much going on. True, they were getting more members, Littlefeather was having kits soon, but there still wasn't as many for busy members hurrying around camp. The pale gray leader finally got up from his spot, stretched, and wondered what he could do.
Hunting? A glance at the fresh-kill pile told him no. It was already over overflowing. Visit somewhere? Nah. He'd already done plenty of that. Eat? No. Definitely not. He sighed, already running out of ideas of what to do. Echostar sat down again, and looked up once at the sky. It was a clear blue that day, not a single cloud in sight. A flock of birds slowly made their way across. His silver eyes followed them for a while, then looked down again. Really. What was there to do?

(Oh here's me stalking every post thar says my name in it.) Littlefeather left her kit's to Skycloud and Shadowheart so she could stretch her legs. It was the first time in a while that she was skinny again. She just had them yesterday so she was still tired. She stretched her back and grabbed something from the fresh-kill pile. She grabbed a black bird.
She spotted Echostar. He looked really bored. She put a smirk on her face. His back was facing her so she thought of something. She brought her head back and threw the black bird at him. She saw it land on his side and she giggled. She sar down and waited for him.

Echostar gave a slight jump in surprise as something landed with a muffled thump besides him. It was a piece of prey. He blinked once, as if making sure he was seeing this, then glanced up at the sky. Was he missing something? Since when had it started raining prey? Or black birds?
His ear twitched, as he heard a noise behind him. Like ... a giggle. He turned around, and slightly rolled his eyes as he saw who it was. Littlefeather. For once, she could be described as slender ... not that it was meant as an offense in any way. But you could hardly call a pregnant she-cat slender.
Shaking his head at straying thoughts yet again, Echostar got up from his position and walked over to Littlefeather, a little smile on his face. " are the kits in the nursery? " He had agreed to father them, after all, and even if he hadn't, he still would've been naturally worried about them. They were still the newest addition to his clan.

Littlefeather laughed when she saw him look up in the sky to see if it fell from the sky. She shook her head slightly. She smiled as she saw him turn around and see her. She got up to meet him. She had a smirk on her face in a playful way of course. Yes I left them with Shadowheart and Skycloud who are both resting because they are expecting still. I like expecting kit's but it feels nice not to have to be expecting and being scolded by someone, she meowed giving him a little look and rubbing against him. She yawned widely. She was still tired of course. She looked into his eyes and purred softly.

He gave a slight roll of his eyes that, of course, he didn't mean. Echostar gave her a lick on the top of her head as Littlefeather rubbed against him. " well uh ... how are you? " He smiled at her, his question meaning how she felt after ... well, birthing. Simplest way to put it. In fact, probably the only way to put it.
Anyways.
Away from his thoughts. That seemed to be constantly thinking about stupid and useless things that he wasn't supposed to be thinking about. And they all seemed to be cluttering his brain, leaving no space for actual thinking, or at least, useful thinking.

Littlefeather looked into his eyes. Oh I'm fine I'm just tired, she meowed yawning again. But I had to get out of that nursery and stretch my legs and back a little, she meowed before he had a chance to tell her to go back. She wa a little tired if being stick in the cramp little place with two pregnant hormonal queens. She was like too when she was pregnant but she's not as bad anymore.
